    Newly-reformatted edition. Softcover book which includes seventeen dances with description and music, illustrations (some in color), information about Italy, costumes, traditions, etc. Comes with an audiocassette tape or CD (please select one) with music for all the dances.

    Work is currently underway to produce an IFAFA compact disk which will contain Italian folk songs and dance music used by performing troupes which are members of IFAFA. An update will be made when that CD is available.


    A second book of dances, with accompanying music and description, is also in the production stage.

    Several videos and an audiocasstte/CD are currently available which focus on dances and music of Southern Italy. Video footage from actual on-site presentation during the 2001 Yakima Folklife Festival in Yakima, Washington! Waltz and mazurka dances! Italian street scene. Colorful costumes! Contains simplified instructions for folk dances including the Tarantella, the original dance of Italy. Learn these dances in an easy way that promotes participation.
